Description
Busy practice is seeking a Receptionist in our Walnut Creek location.
Job Responsibilities
· Scheduling appointments
· Responding to patient calls
· Prior authorizations
· Data entry into Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
· Scanning and faxing
· Taking vital signs and height/weight measurements
· Preparing/cleaning treatment rooms for patient examinations & procedures
· Assisting MD during procedures
· Practicing sterile technique Maintain and preparing patient records.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in medical setting
- Experience with EPIC EMR
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Medical/surgical experience
Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Able to lift 20-30 lbs (medical and office supplies)
- Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills.

Pay Scale/Ranges:
$21.00 - $35.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
