Description
Our Visalia Office is seeking a Full Time Front Office Receptionist. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking skills are key. You will have a high degree of responsibility and will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements
This position will consist of but is not limited to the following:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering patient calls
- Scanning and faxing
- Insurance knowledge
- Data entry into EHR
- Referrals
- and/or other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service,
- Medical terminology,
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills,
- Strong computer skills,
- Comfort with interacting with elderly and disabled.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, comfort with interacting with elderly and disabled
- MA Certification
Requirements:
- Valid CA Driver's License/ID

Pay Scale/Ranges:
$21.00 - $39.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
