Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive training and development programs for all Outfitters on shrink, safety, and security-related functions.
- Cascade Asset Protection directives and initiatives to store leadership and other Outfitters as required.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service during interactions with suspicious individuals or those in need.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Prior experience in security, asset protection, and safety preferred or Retail inventory background.
- Current AHA First Aid/CPR/AED certification is preferred.
