We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Insurance Verification Specialist. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for verifying patient insurance benefits, obtaining proper authorization from insurance carriers, and determining the necessary payments upon admission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
- Obtain authorization from insurance carriers when necessary
- Determine the necessary payments upon admission
- Update patient demographics and information in our system
Qualifications:
- 1 Year of medical insurance verification experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
