What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician – Orthopedic - Trauma Surgeon position at Bassett Healthcare Network?
Fellowship training encouraged but not a requirement. This surgeon would have access to an OR for urgent and “cold trauma” cases in a room reserved for emergent surgery. There would also be time allotted for elective trauma reconstructive practice. There are separate call schedules for Spine and Hand. The practice covers one centrally located ER.

- Join an established group of Orthopedic Surgeons and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC).
- General Orthopedic Call 1 : 12 with Orthopedic Hospitalist
- Closed Medical Staff with over 260 Members with 120 Primary Care Providers Support
- Large Referral Base
- Salary Range : $588,390 - $690,684. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
