Position Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and promoting our HVAC maintenance services in the Southeast Wisconsin area.
Position Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the commercial/industrial markets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct site assessments and collaborate with clients to identify their HVAC maintenance needs, presenting tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing deals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technicians and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position the company effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM systems.
