C-Store Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their skills in customer service and product knowledge.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare budget forecasts.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.
• Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with merchandise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager with strong leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management within a retail context.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of sales management techniques and strategies to drive store performance.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective decision-making based on sales data.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
