Now Hiring an Experienced Transportation Lead with a CDL

Local company is looking to hire an Transportation lead who will assist in the management of the fleet, routes, drivers, and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities May Include the following :

• Provide driver training, performance feedback, and provide disciplinary recommendations when necessary
• Directly supervise all activities of drivers and support personnel
• Provide guidance to subordinates on goals and objectives
• Be responsible for driver development, accountability, coaching and counseling
• Be responsible for assisting with the scheduling and routing of drivers
• Responsible for assisting with building routes by organizing customer deliveries into the most efficient, cost effective routes possible
• Assist with scheduling maintenance and repairs of fleet
• Assist with resolving delivery issues and customer complaints / concerns
• Ensure routes, drivers and fleet stay DOT compliant
• Assist with Accident investigation
