Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving and shipping operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, storing and shipping product from our warehouse while maintaining accurate inventory. Your strong leadership skills and experience will contribute to the success of our selection operations.
Duties :
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, labeling, storing, selecting, stacking, staging, and loading of product.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper receiving and selection procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during nightly operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as Stand-up Reach forklifts or rider pallet jacks as needed.
- Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards in the warehouse environment.
- Perform all Warehouse Manager duties in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
