Job Description The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance and compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, along with a passion for creating a positive and engaging environment for both guests and employees. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Lead, train and motivate staff members including servers, bartenders, chefs and support staff. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
