Responsibilities

- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests while checking in on their satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to enhance guest relations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed.
- Process payments accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper math skills for transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as required.
Experience
- 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales techniques related to food and beverage offerings is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within the kitchen and dining areas is beneficial.
