About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Bastian Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing effective project plans that meet those needs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in material handling, robotics, manufacturing, or packaging
- Strong understanding of MS Office software suite, particularly Excel; MS Project experience a plus
- PMP certification a plus
