The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and troubleshooting, with experience utilizing SQL to compose and troubleshoot intermediate queries, updates, and deletes. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote connectivity tools
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues using remote monitoring tools and application logs
- Analyzing data and creating reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
