Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) :
- Conceptualize design strategies in-line with the client's aesthetics and standards
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Support Bastion's ongoing interactive and visual design initiatives
- Determine an appropriate design approach for projects and present recommendations, as needed
- Work with copywriters and team members to produce final designs
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with client brand guidelines
- Creation of weekly graphics
- Implementing and managing social media posts, and working with the social team to create our client’s brand, look and feel
- Acute attention to detail
- Maintain a current knowledge of design trends, strategies, platforms, tools
- Identify trends, and create exciting graphics, gifs, and videos for clients
- Research and source relevant material for client’s social media strategies
- Managing to specific project timelines, monitoring progress, reporting and analyzing results to create engaging results for clients
