This role requires a blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities to create an enjoyable experience for our patrons. If accepted for the position you will be paid hourly plus tips.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking their orders accurately and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Example: Customers want coconut milk versus whole milk, etc.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders, lookup customer information regarding gift cards and loyalty rewards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, pastries, and other supplies; assist in restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ability to work alone with minimum supervision.
- Prep food items to prepare for business needs.
- Follow recipes on all items prepared.
- Pro-active and ready to serve customers at any given moment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation.
- Proficiency in retail math to manage transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food safety practices within the food industry.
- Texas Food Manager license or Texas food handler license required. (Food Manager preferred)
- Experience with POS systems for processing payments.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Basic math skills for handling electronic transactions and inventory management.
- Creative thinking and collaboration for new menu items and similar.
