BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY : Direct all incoming telephone calls and greet visitors providing basic information and services. Represent the campus in a professional and positive manner. Assist with the efficient operation of the campus office.
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :

Process incoming calls efficiently and route to correctUpdate the announcement memo for the main telephoneProvide general information and assistance to all callers and visitors in a friendly and professional Act as liaison between the campus and its customers.Greet and verify identification of visitors, answer walk-in inquiries and refer visitors to appropriate office orAssist with campus projects and perform clerical tasks asProvide assistance to staff / campuses / departments asReceive, sort, and distribute mail, messages, documents, and other deliveries.Maintain computerized files using personal computer, including reports, employee roster, and mailing lists.Assist with the scheduling of teacher conferences.Maintain confidentiality.Student Support :
Assist in resolving parent / student issues and concerns in a timelyAssist with the receipt and distribution of student materials, including homework requests.Assist in managing student behavior in accordance with Student Code of Conduct and student handbook.Organization Improvement :
