BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY: Direct all incoming telephone calls and greet visitors providing basic information and services. Represent the campus in a professional and positive manner. Assist with the efficient operation of the campus office.
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of acceptable telephone
- Skill in applying policies and
- Skill in operating standard computer and software
- Skill in written and verbal
- Skill in providing excellent customer
- Ability to operate a multi-line telephone
- Ability to organize and prioritize

Support of Administrative, Fiscal and/or Facilities Functions:
- Process incoming calls efficiently and route to correct
- Update the announcement memo for the main telephone
- Provide general information and assistance to all callers and visitors in a friendly and professional Act as liaison between the campus and its customers.
- Greet and verify identification of visitors, answer walk-in inquiries and refer visitors to appropriate office or
- Assist with campus projects and perform clerical tasks as
- Provide assistance to staff/campuses/departments as
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, messages, documents, and other deliveries.
- Maintain computerized files using personal computer, including reports, employee roster, and mailing lists.
- Assist with the scheduling of teacher conferences.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Student Support:
- Assist in resolving parent/student issues and concerns in a timely
- Assist with the receipt and distribution of student materials, including homework requests.
- Assist in managing student behavior in accordance with Student Code of Conduct and student handbook.
