What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temp: Administrative Assistant - Nutrition and DPD position at Bastyr University?
Collaborate with chair and dean to organize and summarize assessment data to support programmatic accreditation for the MS Nutrition-DPD and Dietetic Internship programs.
Knowledge
- General office procedures and equipment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications. including excel
- Knowledge of and passion for nutrition is preferred
- Cultural awareness and humility in diverse social environments.
Skills and Abilities
1. Able to communicate effectively with faculty and staff
2. Proficiency and accuracy in data entry and organization
3. Proficiency in creating documents, forms, tables and spreadsheets in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Reliably and proactively manage and prioritize several detailed tasks and multi-step processes.
5. Work independently with minimal supervision on assigned routine daily and weekly tasks.
Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience, preferably in higher education, that required attention to detail and data entry/recordkeeping
Education
High school diploma is required. College degree preferred
