Position Overview: Work for one of the fastest growing companies in Central Oregon, building state-of-the-art commercial HVAC systems! We are currently hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates to support our production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in manufacturing and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. Work on our fast-paced assembly line rotating between positions like assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping. Learn multiple trade skills and develop your career in manufacturing!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks on the manufacturing floor, including assembly, packaging, and labeling of products.
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety guidelines and protocols.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and accurate production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment as needed.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Pay: $18.50/hr or depending on experience
- Shifts: Monday – Thursday from 6am – 6pm OR Thursday – Sunday from 6am – 6pm. Schedules alternate between 4/12s and 3/12s. Work only 14 days per month!
- Environment: Indoor with air conditioning and a clean working environment
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be comfortable submitting for a drug screen and background check
Salary : $19 - $25
