Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in our warehouse. The Forklift Operator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and safe operations within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and pallets, ensuring accurate inventory control.
• Move materials to designated areas in the warehouse, following safety protocols.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials handled.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification (required).
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials (up to [specific weight]).
