Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Complete and process cases including banking updates, legal documentation changes, rate and fee modifications, and other account-related requests for retail merchants in the Fiserv and TSYS portfolios as well as
- FSP merchants in the Basys portfolio
- Identify, monitor, and resolve merchant issues related to ACH Rejects.
- Independently respond to account maintenance requests and ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Identify and correct issues or discrepancies that impact merchant operations.
- Elevate and streamline bulk processes to better drive efficiency and accuracy in merchant account updates.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments on best practices and solutions for merchant needs.
- Apply independent judgment in determining fair and timely resolution for merchants.
- Update SugarCRM and ensure data integrity
- Backup for Underwriter and Risk Analyst
- Complete other assigned duties as requested.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, analytics, and problem-solving skills
- This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule. Up to one day per week may be worked remotely in accordance with the telecommuting policy.
Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years experience in operations support, data analysis, or similar role, preferably in payment processing or financial services industry
- Advanced experience in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, data manipulation, formulas and pivot tables
- Familiarity with payment processing systems or the industry preferred.
