What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Services-Designee position at Batavia Nursing Care Center?
We are searching for a Social Services Designee to join our team at Batavia Nursing Care Center. This position is full time, Monday-Friday and you will work directly with our Director of Social Services. Experience in a Long Term Care setting is helpful. You will assist our LSW with resident and family meetings, discharge planning and documentation as needed. A caring heart and the drive to make a difference is must. A high school diploma or GED is required.
