About The Position
We are seeking a meticulous Survey CAD Technician for a full-time in-office position at our Charlotte, NC location. The ideal candidate would have 2-5 years of experience with residential boundary surveys, topographic surveys, preparing plot plans, completing foundation and final surveys for our unrivaled partnerships with existing clients. This individual will be expected to carry out assignments under a Registered Professional Land Surveyor or Survey Project Managers with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Researching and Downloading Deeds, Plats, FEMA Flood Info, Zoning Info, etc.
- Prepping work for field crews (Boundaries/Topographic Surveys, Final Surveys, Residential House Staking)
- Organizing digital project folders
- Drafting data observations collected by field crews.
- Communicating with field personnel, management, and clients.
- Creating and editing CAD files
- Completing Redlines
- Boundary/ALTA Surveys
- Topographical Surveys
- Recombination/Subdivision Plats (recordable maps)
- Residential Construction
- Plot Plans
- Foundation Surveys
- Final Surveys
- Flood Studies
- Easement Exhibits
- As-Built / Planimetric Surveys
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Land Survey experience or basic knowledge of field and office tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- AutoCAD Civil3D experience required.
