Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center. You will be responsible for various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and materials handling, contributing to the overall success of our fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities
- Receive stock into the warehouse, check for accuracy of shipment.
- Stock product in the correct area.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to build and maintain effective workflows.
- Pull orders to be delivered or picked up.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and best practices.
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
