We are currently seeking a proactive and meticulous AR Collections Coordinator to enhance our finance team.

Responsibilities:
- Collections Coordination: Proactively manage accounts receivable collections by communicating with clients through various channels to secure timely payments.
- Cash Application: Handle daily cash applications, record bank deposits, and update cash receipt logs.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and payments, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all collection efforts for legal and audit purposes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role within the industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
