Bates Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Designer and Sales Representative to join our ever growing team. Developing long lasting customer relations and providing state of the innovative art landscape designs are just a couple aspects we pride ourselves on here at Bates Landscaping. • Ability to navigate potential customers through their project via phone consultations and site visits

• On site problem diagnosis and solving

• Use of your professional experience to help guide customers to the best right decision for their property

• Properly estimating time and materials for proposal proposed recommendations

• Proposal follow ups to close sales and gain more leads

• Question fielding for customers and crew members on site

• Main point of contact between customer and company

• Tracking project and maintaining budget post job

Skills Needed :

• 2-3 years of customer service & sales experience

• 2 years experience in the landscaping industry

• Horticulture background preferred

• Computer intelligence required

• Ability to be upbeat & positive in the face of adversity

• Ability to plan ahead to meet monthly and yearly goals set by you and Bates Landscaping

• Ability to succeed in a high pressure, fast paced environment

Pay :

• $55k - $100k / yearly

• Based on experience

• Paid on a weekly basis
