What you’ll do
You will coordinate meeting details and provide logistical support.to ensure the successful execution of the firm’s onsite meetings and events. You will also:

Serve as the single point of contact for all onsite meetings/events to ensure seamless execution for in-person and virtual attendees including:
- Catering
- Room set-up
- A/V
- Production
- Building events
- Catering
- Arrange meeting logistics with end-users and coordinate with various Operations teams including Technical Services, Production, and Catering.
- Coordinate reservations for the building’s event spaces.
- Be available onsite for meetings and quickly address or resolve issues/concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
- Proactively review upcoming reservations and resolve conflicts, if necessary.
- Be flexible and available to address workload, including lunchtime and after-hours.
What you’ll bring to the table

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant Office Services or Facilities experience.
- Experience working in a professional services environment a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
- Ability to recognize and protect highly confidential information from disclosure.
- Team player who is receptive to others’ input and ideas.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours (early morning, evenings, weekends) as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- May require more than three days per week in the office and more than 40 hours per week to perform essential duties of the position.

Competitive compensation—the salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. This position is also eligible for bonus compensation on a discretionary basis. The actual salary offered for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including qualifications and experience, education, external market data, and internal equity.
