Delivery Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting products to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to navigate efficiently within designated routes. The Delivery Driver will operate a box truck, while adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Load and unload products from the vehicle, utilizing equipment when necessary.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers during deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues that may arise during transit.
• Must be self-motivated and independent.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Class A & B preferred.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be able to maneuver heavy products (up to 100 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
