Your Role At Batesville
As a Clean Up Associate, you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory, and always following safe practices and standard work procedures.

Your Role At Batesville
As a Clean Up Associate, you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory, and always following safe practices and standard work procedures.

- The expected pay for this role is $21.09 per hour. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

- After production spray out- Sealcoat plated parts that have been plated after line stops.
- Change air filters in E-room as well as clean reciprocator discs on both basecoat and seatcoat sides.
- Drain, clean and refill hardware washer tanks.
- Sweep all of plating room, unrack and racking areas. Collect hardware dropped parts and return them to designated collection point.
- Dispose of all trash items in department.
- Run beadblast nightly with remaining time.
- Ability to work weekend and overtime.
- Ability to follow Safety Standards and Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
- Dependable, honest, and a quick learner.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace.
