What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bathroom Remodeler position at Bath Barn?
Bath Barn is looking for an Bathroom Remodeler to Provide Service for Customers in the Bathroom Remodeling Process. We are a small family run company of about 40 employees.
Job Duties Include:
- Lead jobs as Foreman performing tasks such as Demolition, Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Trim Install, and Cabinetry Installation as project requires
- Communicate with Designers who sold and designed to project to meet final results as per plans
- Communicate and develop relationship with customers to provide exceptional service and experience in the remodeling process
- Each day will vary as projects anything Vanity & General Fixture Replacement to Full $100K Bath Remodels
- Teach/train less experienced helpers/apprentices assigned to your job as job and time allows
- Assist other Lead Bath Remodeling Technicians with other Bath Remodels
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in carpentry/construction, plumbing, or electrical
- Plumbing and Electrical Experience Needed
- Team Player and Customer Service Skills
- Experience in Drywall Repair, Window Replacement, & Painting a Plus
