What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassadors | Appointment Setters position at Bath Concepts Independent Dealers?
Total Bath Systems is looking to add Full Time Brand Ambassadors to our team. If you are out-going, confident and enjoy working independently, this job is for you! - Must have your own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High school education or equivalent is required
Salary: starting at $18.00 /hour commission
We are looking for someone who can confidently approach people, initiate conversations, gather their contact details, leading to the end goal of scheduling them for a free, in-home consultation with our design consultants. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who strive to consistently reach their goals and challenge the status quo. We will train you on how to easily approach customers and gather the needed information. Armed with our proven knowledge of how to succeed in this position, this is actually a really easy position for someone who enjoys talking to customers face to face.
- Must be comfortable initiating conversations with retail store customers, store management and associates, as well as event and show attendees
- Must be able to approach customers with professionalism and confidence
- 8 hour shifts including weekends as needed
- Previous experience in a retail sales role is a big plus
