This position involves :
- Operations & Customer Relations- Managing One Click Contractor and Buildertrend, coordinating sales and installation, and ensuring smooth project flow.
- Customer Engagement- Calling incoming leads, setting appointments, and maintaining positive communication until a decision is made.
- 3D Renderings & Sales Support- Creating CAD / Revit renderings to help customers visualize their projects.
- HR & Accounting- Assisting with onboarding, maintaining records, handling receipts, and supporting financial processes.
- Legal & Growth Support- Ensuring compliance, protecting the company's interests, and contributing to our long-term success.
- Workplace Culture- Being a positive force in our team, fostering an environment where employees and customers feel valued.
