📍 Location: Tampa and surrounding areas

Are you a detail-oriented painter with a strong work ethic and painting experience? We are seeking a WarrantyPainter to complete warranty work for multiple clients at job sites throughout the Tampa area. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in construction, painting, or related trades, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and report job progress using the Jobber application
• Manage job materials, ensuring proper ordering, usage, and storage
• Conduct quality inspections from construction to project completion
• Completion oftasks such as stained handrails, doors, and epoxy floor installations
• Work directly with homeowners to inspect, approve, and ensure quality warranty work
• Ensuring proper material management and final approvals
• Maintain efficient time and route planning for job site visits
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in painting.

✅ Strong organization and problem-solving skills.

✅ Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on-site.

✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
