Well established construction company located in Kissimmee is hiring for immediate need. Position requires the candidate to have construction knowledge, hands-on skill and scheduling experience. This is a supervisory position that involves overseeing the daily operations of a service department; scheduling and managing labor and materials.
- Must be highly organized.
- Must be knowledgeable in use, repair and training for equipment such as power washers and paint
- Scheduling and managing labor and materials.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction with internal and external clients.
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn.
- QuickBooks knowledge is recommended.
This is a full-time position in office hours 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm Monday through Friday. Our Company offers health care benefits, 401 k, paid vacation time and Holidays. Bilingual English / Spanish encouraged to apply. Many opportunities to grow.
