Graphic Designer & Community Engagement Specialist

NOT A REMOTE POSITION - 100% ON-SITE

Position Summary

Bath Concepts, a Certified Great Place to Work , is seeking a highly creative and collaborative Graphic Designer & Community Engagement Specialist to join our marketing team. This dual-role position is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels in graphic design while actively managing online brand presence and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building brand awareness through engaging design and interactive community management.

You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, designing marketing assets, and fostering relationships with our audience across digital platforms. This position requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute fresh ideas while maintaining consistency across all brand channels.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including print and digital ads, brochures, product catalogs, presentations, and trade show assets.
Develop compelling visuals for social media, website content, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while developing innovative visual solutions to enhance audience engagement.
Assist with photography, video production, and editing as needed to support content creation efforts.
Ensure final deliverables align with brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and stakeholder expectations.

Community Engagement & Digital Content Management

Monitor and manage social media platforms, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering community interactions.

Implement and manage online review and reputation management efforts, collaborating with dealers and vendors to enhance brand perception.

Develop and schedule engaging content across social platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

Analyze audience insights and engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve reach.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, HR, and product teams, to support branding and messaging consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience in graphic design and community engagement.

3 years of professional experience in graphic design, content creation, or community management.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.

Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, and design trends.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred :

Experience with website design (HTML, CSS) or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.

Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).

Experience in lead generation marketing or direct-to-consumer branding is a plus.

Video editing and animation skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus.

Work Environment & Expectations

Ideal candidates will be based in or near Libertyville, IL, to facilitate easy on-site collaboration.

Work primarily in an office environment with periodic participation in trade shows, product shoots, or marketing events.

Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
