About the Role :
At Bath Experts, we believe that providing exceptional customer service is key to our success. The Customer Experience Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that all customers have a positive remodeling experience. The role is responsible for providing support to customers throughout the remodeling process including scheduling appointments, communicating installation details, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for scheduling installation appointments while prioritizing customer needs in order to deliver on Bath Expert's promise to provide the best customer experience
- Respond timely and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or text ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved to the customer's satisfaction
- Accurately log customer communication in the CRM system including appointment details, comments, and follow-up actions to keep the team informed and updated
- Provide simple and clear responses to customer questions and service requests by utilizing active listening and effective written and verbal communication
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and customer service policies
- Develop and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
- Resolve problems and handle issues / complaints in a proactive and appropriate manner to ensure that the customer' experience remains positive and satisfactory
- Participate in trainings, team meetings, etc. and contribute to the team's continued growth and development
Skills & Qualifications :
Salary : $18 - $20
