As a Customer Satisfaction Manager for Bath Experts, you'll be at the heart of our customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction while helping to generate new leads. You'll visit satisfied customers to deliver gift baskets, collect reviews, and ask for referrals. Additionally, you'll canvass nearby homes, introducing Bath Experts to potential customers and scheduling demonstrations. What You'll Do:
- Visit satisfied customers' homes to deliver gift baskets, request reviews, and ask for referrals
- Canvass nearby homes to introduce Bath Experts and generate leads
- Engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner to promote our services
- Schedule demonstrations for interested customers
- Represent Bath Experts with integrity and exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a passion for customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with homeowners
- Confidence in leading conversations and generating leads
- Comfortable canvassing local neighborhoods
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Full time availability (30-40 hours per week), Monday through Friday
