- Responsible for assisting the lead installer with the installation of our bath and shower systems.
- Provide assistance with set up, demolition, clean up, loading and unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the bath space for install.
- Develop trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
- Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials.
- Attend team meetings and individual & group training workshops
- Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure all customers have a 5-star bath remodel experience
- Attendance and punctuality is required.
- Desire to learn a new trade, and interest in the home improvement industry
- Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc.. is preferred
- Ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level, etc..
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs
- Ability to use power tools as necessary
