About the Role: Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in operational data reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, a solid understanding of operational workflows and performance metrics, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather, refine, and analyze operational data related to installation processes, scheduling, service efficiency, and resource allocation to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain interactive performance dashboards, ensuring real-time visibility into key operational metrics.
• Monitor and assess job timelines, crew productivity, and material utilization, providing insights to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through comprehensive data analysis, supporting continuous operational enhancement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, and budget reviews to provide leadership with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance metrics, highlighting opportunities for optimization and proactively identifying potential risks.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems, maintaining the integrity of key business insights.
• Partner closely with installers, operations managers, and leadership to facilitate data-driven strategies that improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support special projects and key initiatives, leveraging data insights to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, operations support or related roles preferred (home improvement, field service, or construction industry experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with CRM or field operations software (e.g., Lead Perfection) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
