- Flexible schedule and ability to run up to 3 pre-scheduled appointments each day.
- Pre- Set, Pre-Confirmed Appointments. NO COLD CALLING.
- Through our paid sales training program, you will learn the techniques to:
- Effectively close sales in your designated territory.
- Deliver effective sales presentations with homeowners.
- Utilize our CRM system and other technology to manage and track sales progress.
What you will do:
- Responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations providing custom design options and estimates for their bath remodel projects.
- Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sales methodology.
- Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
- Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops (virtual and in-person).
- Follow up as required with our sales operations and install teams to ensure successful completion of customer projects.
What you need to succeed:
- 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred.
- Ability to close utilizing a proven one call close methodology.
- Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 25lbs.
- Strong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely.
- Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
