Exceptional Pay : Base salary of $50,000–$60,000 , with total earning potential of up to $100,000 in year one (including commissions).

What You’ll Do :

Lead and Build a Team : Recruit, train, and manage a team of demonstrators, ensuring they’re motivated, effective, and accountable.

Ongoing Recruitment : Continuously recruit and onboard new team members to address high turnover in demonstrator roles.

Manage Schedules : Oversee team scheduling and ensure coverage for all events.

Hands-On Leadership : Actively participate in events, setting the standard for your team while the program grows.

Drive Results : Develop and execute strategies to achieve ambitious event appointment-setting and revenue goals.

Analyze and Adjust : Monitor performance, track ROI, and refine strategies for ongoing improvement.
