- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
- Provide expert design advice, material recommendations, and layout guidance
- Use design tools or software to present visual mockups and product selections
- Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay current on design trends, product innovations, and bathroom remodeling best practices
- Deliver a top-tier, personalized client experience from first consultation to final approval
- Manage multiple projects and follow up consistently to ensure client satisfaction
- Experience in interior design, remodeling, or home improvement (bathroom design experience is a plus)
- Strong sense of design, spatial planning, and material selection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with clients and confidently guide decision-making
- Familiarity with design software preferred
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
