What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers at their homes for pre-scheduled appointments
- Conduct in-home consultations for kitchen, or bath remodeling projects
- Present product information, focusing on benefits & tailored solutions
- Utilize sales expertise to navigate conversations and close deals
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Resilience & ability to handle rejection without being discouraged
- Ability to drive 100 miles per day on average
- Flexible schedule – availability to work evenings & weekends
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role
- Passion for sales & customer success
- Strong ability to close deals in-home, on the spot
- Tech proficiency with an iPad
- Valid driver’s license & vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass a background screening
