About the Role: As a Bathroom Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This is an exciting outside sales position, where you'll use cutting-edge technology to design and sell high-quality bath products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Present our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
- Participate in ongoing weekly sales training to continuously hone your skills
- Use our intuitive software to design customized bath solutions
- Deliver pricing and successfully close sales on a daily basis
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Confidence and poise in public speaking and presentations
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to work
- Independent, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment
- Outgoing, articulate personality that excels in social settings
- Prior sales experience, preferably in the bathroom or home remodeling industry
Compensation & Benefits: This position is 100% commission based — with your earnings determined by your performance. Fully committed team members can expect to make upwards of 6 figures annually. Our company also offers a free gym membership and company apparel.
