We are seeking a results-driven In-Home Sales Consultant with proven experience in the home improvement industry. We will also consider candidates with a successful track record in other sales fields, provided they demonstrate strong consultative sales abilities and a customer-first mindset.
This is not an entry-level sales position — we are looking for seasoned professionals who are comfortable building relationships with homeowners, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the remodeling process to ensure complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-scheduled, company-provided leads (no cold calling).
• Build rapport with homeowners, understand their needs, and present tailored remodeling solutions.
• Educate customers on product options, pricing, and project timelines.
• Utilize an iPad to prepare digital contracts and submit project details.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers and internal teams throughout the sales process.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven success in in-home sales, preferably within the home improvement, remodeling, or construction industries.
• Candidates with a strong sales track record in other fields may also be considered.
• Strong consultative sales skills — ability to listen to customer needs, address concerns, and present solutions.
• Customer-first attitude with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.
• Comfortable with technology — all contracts and paperwork are completed digitally via iPad (required on Day 1).
