Social Media Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-site – No Remote Work)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you a proven and experienced marketing professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our growing bathroom remodeling company in Las Vegas is searching for a dedicated, creative, and results-driven Social Media Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
This is not a remote position — you will work closely with our team in our Las Vegas office and visit project sites to create engaging content that highlights our craftsmanship and helps build our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, services, and project portfolio.
• Manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
• Create compelling video content and visual assets from project sites, showcasing our bathroom remodels and transformations.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
• Stay on top of trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and the home improvement industry to continuously improve campaigns.
• Proactively suggest and implement creative marketing initiatives to help our company stand out.
• Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with company goals and growth plans.
• Manage our online reputation, ensuring positive customer engagement and timely responses across all platforms.
• Take full ownership of the marketing department — we will be relying on your expertise, creativity, and guidance to drive results.
Qualifications:
• Proven professional work history as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role — preferably in the home improvement, construction, or design industries.
• Strong experience managing social media accounts with an emphasis on video content creation.
• Video production and editing skills are required — you will be expected to capture content directly from our job sites.
• Ability to develop and execute creative campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking marketing performance and ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
