Key Responsibilities:
- Process contracts and documentation for bathroom remodeling projects, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
- Manage incoming and outgoing payments, including invoicing and tracking payment status.
- Assist clients with financing options and provide necessary documentation to facilitate approval.
- Create comprehensive job packets for the installation department, including project details, contracts, and supplemental documentation.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, payments, and client communications.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly documented in the company’s database.
- Support the administrative team with general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or remodeling industry.
