POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purposes of this position are to train and develop installers to ensure that plumbing work is being done professionally, to code and in compliance with local regulations. Oversee the installer journeyman certification program. Sit for inspections as needed. Act as service support and site inspector for RM.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee plumbing work to ensure it is completed professionally, to code and in compliance with local regulations.
- Sit for inspections, as required for compliance.
- Oversee the installer journeyman certification program.
- Assist with test prep, studying and training in prep for journeyman certifications and ongoing plumbing professionalism.
- Prepare weekly reporting on compliance in VA, MD, and DC.
- Partner with the Compliance Dept to maintain plumbing compliance.
- Assist with updating company plumbing policies and procedures.
- Practice and enforce compliance to Installation policies, and state and local regulations.
- Partner with local IM and RM’s with plumbing services and customer escalations.
- Perform other duties, as assigned to meet business needs.
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or Journeyman plumber license and management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age.
