Job Overview :
The Office Manager will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, handling administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and scheduling while ensuring smooth team communication. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strong Phone Skills : Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, maintaining excellent customer service and client communication.
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry : Accurately maintain financial records, process payments, and manage data entry tasks related to client invoicing and scheduling.
- Scheduling : Coordinate appointments with clients and the production team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Invoicing Clients : Handle client invoicing promptly and accurately.
- Multitasking : Juggle multiple tasks efficiently, from assisting sales teams to coordinating with production schedules.
- Microsoft Excel : Proficiently create and run weekly and monthly reports using Excel for management review.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met.
