Bathing Brands, a national leader in distributing, installing, and maintaining steam and sauna bathing environments, is searching for a full-time Human Resources Administrator with Office Manager duties. This full-time position is in our Wheeling, IL, office and will support a mid-size company with under 100 employees. It is primarily an on-site position with the potential for a one or two day per week hybrid schedule possible in the future.

The Human Resources Administrator will support the HR Manager in a wide range of responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities, such as posting jobs, reviewing resumes, initial contact with candidates, scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records, such as personnel files, employment and benefits documents, in paper and digital form
• Process benefits information and respond to employee inquiries
• Provide support on special projects, such as employee surveys and policy development
• Maintain reports related to HR metrics and performance
• You will help establish and administer recognition and engagement activities with the assistance and input from a small team of fun employees, such as coordinating events, teambuilding activities, publishing satisfaction surveys, and other activities that help contribute to an enjoyable and connected culture, etc. If that sounds exciting, we would love to benefit from your enthusiasm!
• Other duties as required

Office Manager responsibilities include ordering office supplies and vending items, such as reserving rooms, coordinating meetings and special employee events, and assisting the HR Manager and Facilities with building policies and procedures, among others.

Qualifications:

• One to two years’ experience working in an HR environment
• Attention to detail
• Great organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Possess a strong customer service mindset
• Proficient in MS Office applications; we utilize the full Office 365 suite
